3.Delivery Time (Production procedure)

3.1

For ELE 3 axis machine with standard specification, usually 20 days.

3.2

For ELE 4 axis machine with standard specification, usually 60 days.

3.3

For ELE 5 axis machine, OEM or non-standard models, usually 120 days.

4.Payment Terms

4.1

T/T in advance.

4.2

Western union: we can accept small payment (below $3000), but the banking charges shall be paid by the buyer.

4.3

L/C is acceptable if the amount is big. Please issue the L/C draft for our confirmation first.

5. How to Order?

5.1

Consult: we will recommend the most suitable machines to you after being informed by your requirements, such as the material you want to engrave or cut, the max size of the material (Length * Width * Thickness) and other requirements.

5.2

Quotation: We will supply you with our detail quotation according to our consulted machines, with the best quality and competitive price.

5.3

Process Evaluation: Both sides carefully evaluate and discuss all the details (including technical parameters, specifications and business terms) of the order in order to exclude any misunderstanding.

5.4

Placing Order: If without any doubt, we will send you the PI (Proforma invoice), and then both sides will sign a sales contract.

5.5

Production: We will arrange the production as soon as receiving your signed sales contract and prepayment. The latest news about production will be updated and informed to the buyer during the production.

5.6

Quality Control: The whole production procedure will be under regular inspection and strict quality control. The complete machine will be tested to make sure they can work very well before being out of factory.

The testing video and pictures will be available before delivery.
